Because we do not add preservatives to our products,we recommend you choose 2nd-day and 3rd day air to ensure freshness.

*All brownies and cream cake orders are required to be shipped with a cold pack and insulated thermal bag to keep them fresh during the warmer months of the year.* This is included in the shipping cost.

All orders are baked fresh before shipping.

We Only ship Monday through Wednesday due to Fedex not delivering on weekends. If ordering on a weekend.
Your order will ship the following week.

usps ground shipping:

We do offer ground shipping. Please keep in mind there is no guarantee on ground shipping. Delivery can take up to 5 days. We do not suggest ground shipping to the west coast states.

Please select 2nd and 3rd day air for a guarenteed delivery time.

Shipping charges are based on a flat fee of the weight by Fedex

As a friendly reminder, The gluten free cookie jar  is not responsible for melted/damaged items during shipping.
